How much of a deposit is required to reserve a property?
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve a property. Only a cashiers check or money order will guarantee a reservation. All remaining monies are due thirty days before arrival date.

Is ADMS a real estate agency?
• Accent Design & Management Services LLC (Agent) is not a Licensed real estate broker, broker salesperson or salesperson within the meaning of N.J.S.A. 45:15-1 and is acting hereunder solely as owner’s limited agent within the exception to the licensing requirements provided under N.J.S.A. 45:15-1.2.

Can I bring my pet?
• We do represent homes that are pet friendly. Look for the pet symbol on the property page. The owner may require a pet fee.

Do you have an age requirement?
• Our properties are available to families and groups. The age requirement for groups is 25 years of age.

What is the cancellation policy?
• CANCELLATION POLICY All deposit monies, including security deposit, are refundable if lease is cancelled by Lessee at least ninety days before said arrival date. If Lessee cancels less than ninety days of said arrival date, and the premises are successfully rented to another tenant for the same amount stated in # 1, Lessee will receive a full refund of the deposit less $200 cancellation fee. If Lessee cancels and the premises are rented for less than the amount stated in #1, Lessee shall be reimbursed the amount of the deposit less any difference between rent received from the new tenant and rent stated in # 1 less $200 cancellation fee. If Lessor is unsuccessful in renting premises due to a cancellation, Lessee forfeits all deposit monies excluding the security deposit. .
