-Please know all reservation requirements must be completed to assure reservation.

-Reservations are not guaranteed unless a 50% deposit is received in the form of cashiers check. Some owners will accept credit card through paypal.com (4% fee applies)

-Remaining monies are due thirty days before arrival date.

-Money order mailed overnight express is also accepted. All checks are to be payable to the Lessor.
